That is some time at 49 years of age hats off to you mate
Put my name down this year without success and will try again next year. Want to be able to say i've done it when im older. The training scares me alot more than the actual day.

3:03:12 for me. 11 minues slower than last year but i'm happy with that at 49. Will go for another sub3 next year aged 50

My daughter ran it in four and a half hours collected just over six thousand pound for children with cancer.Up at six this morning to go to work I had a lay in I'm knackered.
